Role Overview:

As Accounting Services Leader, you will spearhead our efforts to scale top-notch accounting services, ensuring efficient client onboarding, impeccable service delivery, and robust team leadership. Your role will be critical in mentoring talent, refining processes, and steering the strategic growth of our accounting advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion the scaling of our accounting services while upholding the highest standards of quality.
• Oversee and optimise the client onboarding experience to accommodate rapid growth.
• Regularly evaluate and enhance the quality of service delivery, instituting best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a dynamic team, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Directly manage assistant managers and team members, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives.

Qualifications:

• CPA or CA certification, with substantial experience in accounting and financial advisory services, preferably from a Big 10 firm.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in managing high-performing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
