As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end HR Operations activities for the organization with primary focus on Payroll management. Responsibilities will include projects that will require one-time execution and stakeholder management.

• This position is responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
• The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
• Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
• Ensuring time lines are met for Payroll and FNF Input
• Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making
• Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
• Responsible of publishing monthly Payroll Dashboard
• Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance
• Audit Management
• HRIS Updation and Management

Skills And Expertise

• Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream (MBA in HR preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in HR.
• Payroll and HRIS management
• Strong verbal as well as written communication skills.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge and skill
• Self-motivated with an ability to handle multiple priorities in an efficient manner.
• Keeping data ready for internal & external audit.
• Collaboration with cross functional stakeholders
