Job Description:

Cult.fit is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Accounts Payable specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all invoices and payments, in addition to maintaining vendor relationships and reconciling accounts.

Responsibilities: - Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently - Obtain necessary approvals for payment - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments - Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Generate financial reports as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or related role - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Resilient and resourceful mindset - Soft skills in strategic planning and cooperation
