Job Description:

As an Accounts Receivable at Tata Digital in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes. Your primary duties will include processing incoming payments, reconciling customer accounts, resolving discrepancies, generating invoices, and chasing outstanding payments. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming payments from customers - Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payments - Generate and send out invoices - Follow up on outstanding payments - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions - Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and procedures - Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding their accounts - Assist with month-end financial closing activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Resourceful and dedicated with a strong attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
