Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Vedantu, an innovative online education platform based in Delhi, is seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. This full-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will be resilient and driven, with excellent presentation and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage the accounts receivable process for remote customers - Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure timely payment - Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and outstanding payments - Prepare and send invoices to customers - Monitor accounts for late payments and follow up as needed - Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting - Assist with month-end closing processes as needed - Provide support for internal and external audits

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
