Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable Associate at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, Karnataka. This full-time position requires a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable. As a seniority level Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing the accounts receivable process remotely.

Responsibilities: - Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and follow up on overdue invoices - Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with customers - Prepare and send invoices to customers - Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely billing and collection - Review credit applications and make credit decisions - Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records - Generate monthly financial reports related to accounts receivable - Assist in month-end closing processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Independent and motivated self-starter - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing environments - Strong planning and organizational skills - Knowledge of international accounting standards is a plus
