Job Description:

Ola Cabs, a leading ride-hailing company in Kolkata, West Bengal, is currently seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable professional to join our team at an entry-level position. The ideal candidate for this role should be driven and confident, with a knack for decision-making and innovation. As an Accounts Receivable specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's incoming payments and ensuring all accounts are up to date.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payment, or any other discrepancies - Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any issues - Reconcile accounts and resolve any billing errors - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing - Maintain accurate records of all transactions - Assist with month-end closing processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Must be a team player and willing to collaborate with colleagues
