Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

FirstCry is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Accounts Receivable. This position is based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN and offers remote work flexibility. Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment collection, and resolving discrepancies - Communicate with customers to follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections - Reconcile accounts and investigate and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and provide recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance performance

Requirements: - Reliable and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Strong interpersonal skills for effective people management - Ability to think innovatively and drive continuous improvement - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field is preferred
