Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Tata Motors is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This is a full-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and energetic, with strong soft skills in adaptability and time management.

Responsibilities: - Process and review invoices and purchase orders in the online accounts payable system - Monitor and reconcile vendor accounts to ensure accurate and timely payments - Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting - Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies - Maintain documentation and records of all financial transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines - Adaptable and able to quickly learn new processes and systems
