Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Lenskart is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable Associate in our Delhi office. As a key member of the finance department, the Online Accounts Receivable Associate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process for our online sales platform.

Responsibilities: - Process and reconcile customer payments for online sales orders - Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices - Resolve customer billing issues and discrepancies - Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely billing - Conduct research to identify and address payment discrepancies - Generate reports on accounts receivable status and aging - Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field - 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively - Experience in people management and conducting research - Visa sponsorship available
