Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

HealthifyMe is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Online Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Online Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process for our online platform. This includes invoicing clients, reconciling payments, following up on overdue accounts, and resolving any billing discrepancies.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner - Reconcile payments and ensure all accounts are up to date - Follow up on outstanding accounts and track collection efforts - Resolve billing discrepancies and customer complaints - Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting - Provide support to clients with billing inquiries and payment processing - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
