Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular reconciliations of customer accounts to ensure accuracy and detect discrepancies.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to proactively follow up on outstanding balances and facilitate timely collections.
• Monitor aging reports, manage collections, and address delinquent accounts.
• Resolve billing disputes and customer inquiries promptly.
• Analyze AR data, prepare reports, and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain customer records, credit limits, and payment terms.
• Participate in month-end/year-end closing processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in AR or credit management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, billing processes, and credit management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
