Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to address complex business challenges and enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Explore and leverage cutting-edge technologies in the realm of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to drive innovation in data science projects.
• Implementing and delivering modules on time with uncompromising quality. Your focus will be on making it work first and then continuously improving and optimizing it.
• Develop a deep understanding of the data and cultivate business acumen.
• Comprehend business use cases and customer value within extensive datasets, delivering meaningful analytic solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, extract meaningful insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in machine learning to ensure the application of state-of-the-art methodologies.
• Mentoring and guiding junior developers and peers to help them achieve success in their careers.

• Producing a proof of concept in a period to demonstrate a minimal viable product/feature.

• Standardizes methods and algorithms used across the business unit, Spots and manages data development challenges in the organization.
• Strong ability to rapidly comprehend and implement research papers related to AI, as well as remain informed of the latest advancements in NLP technologies.
• Train machine learning and deep learning models on large scale datasets.
• Embrace a data-centric mindset, utilizing advanced statistical and analytic techniques, Also able to create end-to-end data science pipelines.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, showcasing expertise in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts, data analysis techniques, and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience in NLP techniques, toolkits & ML frameworks
• Skilled in reviewing peer deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.
• Experience with either of the following cloud platforms Azure, AWS, GCP.

Desired Skill(s):

• ML Production Experience: Hands-on experience in delivering ML systems, Optimization, Model Deployment and Model Interpretability
• Experience working with big data & Deep understanding of advanced algorithms and statistical techniques & models.
• Deep understanding on Supervised, Unsupervised, Deep Learning with Model
• Familiarity with LMs, LLMs and LLM Tools is preferred.
