Essential Functions
- Responsible for accurate and timely completion of assigned reconciliation.
- Identify and investigate exceptions within established time parameters.
- Escalate and work closely with clients and custodian banks to ensure timely resolution of exceptions.
- Ability to effectively manage, research/resolutions/follow-ups for closure of open items, cash and position breaks.
- Should have knowledge of trade life cycle.
- Manage SLAs and customer escalations.
- Flexible to work on all holidays and shift timings (Night).
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to foresee and respond pro-actively on the floor.
- High energy and resilience level.
