Academic Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Academic Head for our Pre-School. The Academic Head will be responsible for developing and implementing the curriculum, managing the teaching staff, and ensuring the highest quality of education for our students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the curriculum for the Pre-School.
• Manage the teaching staff and ensure they are following the curriculum.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Ensure the highest quality of education for our students.
• Organize and lead parent-teacher meetings.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve student performance.
• Maintain records of student progress and attendance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the Pre-School.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
