Company Description Asha Neuromodulation Clinics (ANC) are India's first multi-centered Deep TMS clinics. ANC is a center of excellence that utilizes non-invasive neuromodulation technologies, including the Brainsway Deep TMS system, to treat anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), smoking dependence, and other neuropsychiatric disorders. ANC offers a range of services, such as Deep TMS, traditional RTMS, High Definition TDCS, Biofeedback, OP Consultation, and Counseling Services. All equipment and treatment protocols are approved by the US FDA and CE. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Administrator at Asha Neuromodulation Clinics located in Banjara Hills. The Accounting Administrator will be responsible for managing financial statements, handling finance and accounting tasks, and Administration work across all branches. Coordinating with branch maintenance in charge and ensuring the smooth functioning of clinics.Taking care of Banking works, Visiting branches, collecting daily payments, reconciling payments, Bills, and vouchers. Submitting daily tally reports and maintenance reports to the Operations Manager. Need to take care of Inventory and administrative works along with accounting. Qualifications Strong analytical skills Experience with financial statements and accounting principles Knowledge of finance and accounting software Effective communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus
