Accounts and Operations Associate

Job Description

The Accounts and Operations Associate will oversee all financial transactions, ensure compliance and accurate reporting, and support day-to-day business operations. Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a startup, are comfortable learning and working outside their core domain and are proficient with Tally and MS Office.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Managing all financial transactions, including payroll, invoicing, vendor payments.

· Ensuring accurate MIS reporting and budget tracking.

· Ensuring all compliance and financial filing requirements are met.

· Coordinating with management and chartered accountant regularly.

· Supporting day-to-day operations across all domains of the business including procurement, operations, customer support, sales, and marketing.

Qualifications & Experience

· 2-4 years of experience in an accounting role.

· Experience in startup environment preferred.

· Proficiency with Tally and MS office (Excel, Outlook).

· Ability to work independently, take initiative and get work done with minimum supervision.

· Ability to work in an efficient, logical, and organized manner.

· Ability to take on diverse roles across the business.
