Job Description - Ad Operations Executive

  • Upload creatives and implementing third-party trackers
  • Implement blocking and monitoring solutions from ad verification partners
  • Troubleshoot creative, campaign and tracking issues
  • Assist the Trading and Account Management teams with ad hoc requests
  • Create tutorials for internal use
  • Who are your stakeholders

    • Internally the Ad Operations team works in synergy with the account management and trading teas to ensure that campaigns go live on time and run smoothly.
    • Externally the Ad Operations team might liaise with direct clients and advertising agencies to troubleshoot creative or tracking issues in a timely manner and minimize disruptions to the delivery of campaigns.

    What you ll bring

    Working with internal teams clients on creative upload and troubleshooting in CM360
    and other ad servers, as well as various DSPs (DV360, TTD, Xandr, Beeswax, Amazon,
    Yahoo)
    Participate/lead special projects aimed at improving our pre-campaign processes and
    maximising creative compliance capabilities, e.g. creative design build process,
    SSL compliance, flash to HTML5 migration
    Scope produce recommendations on new creative formats ad-serving technologies
    which can promote performance gains incremental business results for our clients
    Work with our in house Create team on delivering outstanding Creative solutions for
    clients
    Troubleshooting
    Creative testing in 3 rd party ad servers / DSPs
    Amendments to creative set up
    Lead on internal external firefighting where necessary
    Maintain the highest level of service both internally and externally consistently
    adhering to internal process SLAs

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
    1 - 4 years with Strong Ad-ops trafficking and troubleshooting experience.
    Strong knowledge of the programmatic digital marketing landscape
    Hands-on experience on multiple digital platforms (Ad servers / DSP / SSP / DMP, etc.)
    Advanced knowledge of 3rd party Ad servers (CM360 is a must)
    Knowledge of the programmatic buying process. Knowledge of HTML5 and basic
    JavaScript is a plus.
    Proven time management, prioritization, and team training skills. Ability to multi-task in
    a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    Experience in dealing with Clients from multiple markets including Asia and North
    America.
    Experience managing multiple time-sensitive tasks to completion, prioritizing
