TravelÂ&ÂHotelÂarrangementsÂforÂguests.
ManageÂvehicleÂandÂdriver arrangementÂaccordingÂtoÂofficeÂstaffÂandÂguest requirement.
EndÂtoÂendÂGuesthouseÂManagement
Ensure timely payment of all Landline, Mobile, Wi-Fi bills after proper checkingÂand verification with maintain proper record.
ManagingÂFrontÂOfficeÂ/ÂReception/CourierÂservices/Vendors
SpecializationÂinÂhandlingÂback-officeÂoperations,Âinter-officeÂcorrespondence,ÂconfidentialÂmails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc.
Ensure timelyÂpayment ofÂmobile billsÂofÂPresidentÂSir.
Ensure running smooth operations of Security and Surveillance, CCTV Cameras at HO and President , residence .
ResponsibleÂforÂarrangingÂLaptop,ÂDesktop,ÂMobileÂPhone,ÂSIMÂCard,ÂVisiting Card,ÂstationaryÂitems.
