Job Responsibilities

• Supports various site administration contracts / labor compliance related to employee canteen, bus transportation, housekeeping, security services etc. on day to day bases.
• Supports employee & contractors EHSS & compliance training in co-ordination with HR/Functional leaders.
• Work with HR / functional leaders on scheduling & coordinating apprentice recruitment as per government guide line.
• Extend 24X7 support on employee bus transportation & visitors support.
• Follow up with contractors for monthly compliance documentations.
• Supports all functional team at site on day to day needs for general administration support.
• Supports various employee engagement programs in co-ordination with HR & functional leaders.
• Follow up with site para professional employees on attendance / leave / OT record compliance.
