• Day-to-day company operations.
  
• Define and implement operations strategy, structure, and processes.
  
• Manage the overall budgeting and oversee processes.
  
• Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions.
  
• Maintain a working knowledge of all phases of operations and business functions.
  
• Coordinate support to operations throughout the business.
  
• Interview, hire, train and mentor the team.
  
• Provide regular performance updates to the senior leadership team.
  
• Ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors.
  
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  
• Ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
