Backup Administrator:
Responsibilities:
. Experience on Commvault / Veritas Backup Exec / NetBackup
. Experience on VTL / EMC Data Domain
. Daily monitoring backup
. Daily / Monthly backup report
. Setup / Modify backup
. Troubleshooting backup / backup client related issue
Required Skills & Experience
. Hours will be from 9 AM to 6 PM (EST) but may require work outside of these hours
. Proficiency in Windows / Linux / Unix
. Proficiency of Network
. 5 to 8 years of backup operation (Commvault / Veritas Backup Exec / Veritas NetBackup)
. 5 to 8 years of experience with UCS, iSCSI, VTL, EMC Data Domain, Tape Library
. Ability to monitor backup, restore, and resolve any issue regarding backup and backup client
. Ability to follow process such as ITSM (CI management, Change management, Incident management, etc.)
