Job Description

The role gives opportunity to work as part of the Global Supplier Services (GSS) Payment Operations Innovation, Risk Management, and Business Transformation organization. This role requires the ability to work in a cross-functional environment with multiple business functions and bring stakeholders to consensus, along with the flexibility to support teams and products globally, or across different time zones.

Within Global Supplier Services Payment Operations Innovation, Risk Management, and Business Transformation team, you will support operational control and risk processes through access management oversight and disposition, physical and electronic record retention oversight in compliance with firmwide and regulatory requirements, and transactional risk reviews. Our primary mission is to ensure that our customers, business partners, and colleagues are well informed, aware of and prepared for the change and/or process enhancement, and our processes remain compliant with procedures, policies/Standards, and regulatory requirements. 

You need to think strategically, but you are not afraid to dive deep into details, and are passionate about advocating for our customers, business partners, and colleagues while keeping a balance with our regulatory obligations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment working between projects and can imagine simple, creative solutions to complex issues. 

Job responsibilities

  • Support and manage the receipt of access requests and disposition all requests according to established procedures and guidelines within defined service level agreements
  • Conduct access reconciliation reviews
  • Manage physical and electronic record inventories
  • Research and perform transaction risk scoring analysis
  • Adhere to communication standards and formatting requirements, and required approval workflows
  • Track and monitor exception requests and associated action items through to completion
  • Proactively build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders across a range of businesses and geographies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong analytical and investigative skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to consider end to end impacts and solve problems effectively
  • Experience collaborating with multiple teams / functions, and driving change within large organizations
  • Prior experience or knowledge within third-party vendor payment processes and/or systems
  • Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, prioritize competing demands, be versatile and action-oriented
  • A passion for the customer and employee experience
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization with teams that are geographically distributed and culturally diverse
  • High proficiency with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
