The P&WC Commercial Support organization supports a multidisciplinary eco-system. 

Functional Description:

The Repair and Overhaul Customer Solutions (ROCS) team is responsible to manage the entire customer experience when there is an engine or APU repair or overhaul required on P&WC engines. We strive to deliver a white glove services to our customers. As part of the team, your role will be to support the Event Managers (main point of contact of  our customer while they have an engine in one of our facilities) in is customer facing duty by providing a fast an efficient administrative support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create a SAP sales order for each visits, mainly for our Bridgeport and St-Hubert facilities, this document in SAP becomes working documents, where all shop cost and parts disposition are captured.
  • Responsible to create a SAP contract for all the specifics related to contractual agreement with the P&WC service center network.
  • Responsible of invoicing P&WC customers for their engine rental usage based on pre-defined agreement for the facility based in Singapore only.
  • Responsible to create purchase order, warranty claims or invoices for our facility in Poland.
  • Responsible of key reporting for the event manager (ex: Late call up report)
  • Ensures customer centric KPIs are met.
  • Promote reporting automation, self-serve analytics consumption and the culture of analytics-driven decision-making.
  • Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements.
  • Comply with Global Trade requirements (export controls).

Qualification and Skills:

  • A University Degree with 2 years or less of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Related field are Business Administration, Aerospace, Engineering or the like.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills in English
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Be results & solution driven
  • A team player, leading by example.
  • Comfortable with talking to customers on the phone.
  • High level of curiosity to identify and create new business opportunities in untapped areas.
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft software's, CRM, P&WC Customer Portal (My PWC Power), Enovia (PLM), SharePoint, FIORI.
