Responsibilities
• Driving sales and ensuring sales plan targets are met or exceeded • Focusing on customer service to increase Net Promoter Score • Motivating and inspiring field team to achieve results • Reviewing financial performance and identifying improvement opportunities • Manpower planning and people development • Managing and maintaining P&L of assigned stores • Maintaining high standards of retail operations • Regular store visits to audit, coach, motivate staff, etc. • Analyzing data to monitor sales, productivity, NPS, etc. • Managing inventory and ensuring availability of merchandise
Requirements
• Full-time Post Graduate with 7-9 years of retail experience • Strong communication skills • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office • Sales oriented and strong leadership skills • Strong organizational and team-building skills
