Vee Technologies is looking for Assistant Manager - Admin & Facility @ Bangalore
Experience : 8 - 9 Years
Location : Bangalore
Roles and Responsibilities :
Job Responsibilities of Executive Administrative:
• Ensuring continuous supply of power to production,
• Allocation of jobs to electrical/civil vendors.,
• Scheduling of preventive maintenance of utilities,
• Taking corrective and preventive actions in facilities departments,
• Testing of BCP plan for facilities department,
• Maintenance of firefighting equipment’s,
• To take backups as per schedule,
• All the information’s to be handled as per our data classification policy,
• Assets tracking & recording in the asset register/ In4,
• Ensure physical security is as per guidelines and ensure training of new security person,
• Ensure Canteen services are as per guidelines,
• Ensure Agreed menu is displayed in the Canteen for all days,
• Visit Canteen looking area to ensure the hygiene and quality,
• Conduct Canteen Committee meeting and circulate the minutes.
