Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HRBP to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in HR with a focus on business partnering and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various stakeholders to effectively address and resolve employee grievances, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
Execute employee engagement initiatives tailored to our diverse workforce, fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
Drive the performance assessments, ensuring thorough goal setting, timely evaluation Execute the employer branding strategy across various social media platforms, attracting top talent.
Take ownership of Day 1 onboarding responsibilities for new joiners, ensuring a smooth and
seamless transition into the organization.
Effectively manage the rewards and recognition strategy.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR, with experience in executing employee engagement.
MBA in HR or a related field is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
