Post: Assistant Professor (Management- Operations & Production)

Qualification: PhD/ Masters

Experience: min 3+ yrs

Reporting to: Principal

General Responsibilities

• :Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learnin
• gProvide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learnin
• gMinimum 20 hours teaching load per week
• .Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.
• )Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedbac
• kMaintain a tidy and orderly classroo
• mCollaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meeting
• sPlan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and event
• sObserve and understand students’ behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc
• .Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences etc
• .To set, evaluate, and mark students’ course work, homework and other assignments promptly, and to record marks on College systems as requested, in accordance with the College Assessment and Marking Policy and procedures
• .To carry out formative and summative assessments as appropriate
• .To complete associated and administrative tasks to deadlines, as directed
• .To induct students appropriately, to provide academic advice, counseling, educational guidance, and tutorial support to students, including individual learning plans as directed
• .To supervise students’ attendance and behaviour and follow up as appropriate, in accordance with the College Behaviour and Attendance policies
• .To undertake any reasonable duties as required
