Key Responsibilities

• Operations Strategy:
• Collaborate with the VP of Operations to develop and execute the operations strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
• Lead the operations team in translating the strategy into actionable plans and initiatives.
• Process Optimization:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency enhancements.

• Implement best practices, automation, and technology solutions to streamline operations.
• Team Leadership:
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team.
• Set clear goals and expectations, provide coaching, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction are maintained across all operational processes.
• Develop and implement quality assurance programs.
• Vendor Management:
• Manage relationships with key external vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Data Analytics:
• Utilize data analytics and insights to make informed decisions, track KPIs, and drive data-driven process improvements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other departments, including technology, content, and customer support, to ensure seamless cross-functional operations.
• Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential operational risks.
