Job Description – Head Banking Operations Department – Accounts & Finance Reporting to – CFO/Director Responsibilities ∙Working Capital Management ∙Banking Relationship ∙Contributing in CMA and projection report for bank ∙Funds Management, Cash Flow Forecasting and Monitoring ∙Interest Cost Reduction ∙Cash Flow Projection and Monitoring actual ∙Banking Compliance ∙Forex Risk Management ∙Risk Management ∙Ensuring adherence to RBI, FEMA & other statutory compliance ∙Discounting of LC & to keep tab on cost of LCs, BG and other funding cost. ∙Other related and day to day responsibilities. Requirements ∙Minimum 15 years of experience in in a similar position ∙Strong communication and presentation abilities ∙Exemplary interpersonal and mentorship skills, with the ability to easily interact with all organizational levels ∙Ability to explain complex processes and employee development milestones in a clear manner ∙ Experience with interpreting performance data and statistics
