Barista

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at Arushan Hospitality Pvt Ltd located in Gorakhpur. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and providing excellent customer service. The Barista will also handle cash transactions and ensure the smooth operation of the coffee shop.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
