Business Analyst-

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst- 4674 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of business processes. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and facilitating the implementation of effective solutions

Job Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering:
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
   • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather comprehensive requirements.
2. Process Mapping and Optimization:
   • Map current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
   • Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement optimized processes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
3. Solution Design and Documentation:
   • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that meet business needs.
4. Stakeholder Management:
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
   • Communicate effectively to ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst of Software Projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, data modeling, and requirements elicitation.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is desirable but not required
