Job Description: We are looking for a Business Development Junior/Associate with a strong foundation in cold calling and email marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating and nurturing new client relationships, thereby driving the growth of our business. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our company as their preferred solution provider.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling:

  • Conduct high-volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of targeted prospects.
  • Schedule discovery meetings to further assess a prospect's business and potential for partnership.

Email Marketing:

  • Craft compelling and personalized email campaigns to engage targeted leads.
  • Execute email marketing strategies and analyze the performance of these campaigns.
  • Follow up on marketing-qualified leads to convert them into sales opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to understand their business challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on business growth opportunities.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.

Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and report on sales activities and results.
  • Use CRM tools to track interactions and sales progress with potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or BTech (Bachelor of Technology) in computer science engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in cold calling and email marketing, preferably in the Software Industry [Development and consultancy].
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
