Thrivesome is a wellness-based concept with a coffee shop and an experience studio. These are requirements for full-time on-site staff at Hyderabad. We are looking for multiple open roles involving a combination of food preparation, food service, ensuring food safety, providing exceptional customer service, managing food and beverage operations, as well as event management as needed. Barista and Server Requirements: 1 opening Experience in managing food and beverage operations cashiering Food and beverage preparation skills for a nourishing bites and refreshing sips menu (heavy cooking not needed) Food and beverage serving skills with strong experience in hospitality and customer service Knowledge of food safety regulations to maintain a very high level of cleanliness and quality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Hindi or Telegu Assistant Manager and Chef Requirements: 1 opening Experience in managing food and beverage operations, cashiering & inventory Menu management and delivery to expected presentation and quality Food and beverage preparation skills for a nourishing bites and refreshing sips menu (heavy cooking not needed) Knowledge of food safety regulations to maintain a very high level of cleanliness and quality Knowledge of food safety regulations to maintain a very high level of cleanliness and quality Ability to multi-task in day to day operations based on business needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Hindi or Telegu Experience in event management and social media management
