Responsibilities

Job Description

Airway Bill Verification, Reporting and invoicing.

Candidate should have knowledge of aviation Industry especially related to Data capturing profile (Finance Area) able to do data capture & analyst data for multiple airlines.

Able to check flight manifests / AWBs Verification from station based on which we performed Data Capture & billing through Airline Software’s / GSA software’s after analysing data on different projects & multiple Countries through common platform share drive which can be accessed by origin stations for better co-ordinations.

Candidate should be able to complete work in deadlines for billing as per the Airlines / Stations requirements such as (F/N / Monthly billings), follow up with Airlines / Station on the queries related to billing & fixing up.

Analyse various fields on Airwaybill against the data captured in airline cargo operation & revenue accounting system.

Apply various business rules for correct rating of AWB in system.

Apply various exception in system for invoicing customers at various station across the network. 

Apply correct rates on AWB (Standard tariff, Contract tariff, Adhoc rates), Handle CASS Correction and Reconciliation.
