Responsibilities

• Overseeing the operations and maintenance of all the Bottling Units.
• Setting norms for Specifications, Dimensions and Technical parameters of Raw Material & Packing Material.
• Coordination with Units and HO to meet the monthly production and dispatch targets.
• Inventory Management at the Units.
• Liasioing with all the Govt. departments and ensuring all statutory compliances are adhered to for smooth running of the Bottling Units.
• Reduction in Material & Operational cost.
• Analyzing and presenting to the Management potential growth areas and Profit centers for the Company.
• Annual evaluation of each brand's performance (including cost and sales) and suggestive measures.
• To formulate reports to improve the accountability of staff members and efficiency at the Production Units.
• To keep control of and coordinate with each department: Accounts, Purchase, Marketing, Export and Legal & Admin.
• Regular visits to all the Units to monitor their progress & co-ordinate with the Team.
• Representing the Company in all areas.

Qualifications

• 20years experience in the Liquor Industry
• DIFAT/ M. Tech
