Job Title: Cluster Manager
Job Overview:
As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple properties within our organization, ensuring optimal performance across various areas including revenue generation, customer experience, property maintenance, team management, and property operations. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, maintaining exceptional guest experiences, implementing standardized operating procedures, managing property maintenance, and fostering a high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Management:
- Monitor and optimize restaurant revenue, activity revenue, occupancy rates, and Average Room Rate (ARR) across all cluster properties.
- Collaborate with the central team to support the achievement of ARR targets.
2. Customer Experience:
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences at all cluster properties through the implementation of Keekoo Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Innovate and implement ideas to enhance guest experiences.
- Promptly resolve any guest complaints or issues to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
3. Property Maintenance:
- Customize and implement Keekoo SOPs and systems to ensure each property is spectacular and well-maintained.
4. Team Management and Engagement:
- Engage and retain employees across all cluster properties.
- Ensure high performance and productivity of teams.
- Ensure all properties are fully staffed to meet operational requirements.
5. Property Operations:
- Manage properties within allocated budgets.
- Innovate and suggest cost-saving ideas to minimize expenses.
- Monitor and reduce wastage.
- Maintain a good list of vendors and negotiate the best deals on rates and quality.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Proficiency in standard office software and property management systems.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel between cluster properties as needed.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
