Designation : Senior Assistant Manager Operations
Work Location : Required to travel across the Country and reporting to HO Sion.
What are we broadly expecting :-
Managing Operations across all territories, wherein travel would be critical and essential part of this role. Reporting into country manager operations and founders.
Responsible for driving performance from city level operations team.
Conducting audits at company and 3rd party locations, combination of both stores and warehouses.
Managing a team of 7-10 reporting directly, coordinating with Supply Chain Management team to ensures to adequate stock availability.
Overseeing the daily operations of a business segment, department, dark store or stand-alone retail location.
Ensure strategic goals are met by setting operational policies, creating and maintaining
budgets, managing employees, and more. Ultimately, responsible for ensuring individual
departments, segments, or stores are effective in achieving their goals.
Job Role and KRA :-
1) Responsible for new outlet scouting & set up ops team
2) Responsible for overseeing and Managing the Central Operations team at HO
3) Overlook the process of getting required licenses for new outlets
4) New staff induction & weekly review with outlet team
5) Ensure 100% adherence to SOP and compliance at all the all city outlets
6) Review the customer feedbacks
7) Ensure review of processes and SOP’s to bring in better efficiencies of operation
8) Drive the required change through surprise audits and personal visits
9) Work closely with RM, AM and DAM to achieve expected results
10) Should have decent knowledge of Inventory Management and should be able to manage online order inventory11) Capable of fulfilling PO’s from quick commerce
12) Drive new initiatives & improvement through various motivating incentive plans
13) Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity
14) Should be highly data driven and able to conclude strong insights and analytical reports
15) Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve data analysis, sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives
16) Delegate responsibilities to the employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
17) Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of those involved
18) Plan, coordinate and direct business operations to ensure the achievement of company revenue goals and documentation of expenses
19) Provide feedback and make recommendations that increase the success of marketing efforts and the effectiveness of current marketing strategies at reaching target markets.
20) Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
Skills and Preferred Qualifications and Experience :-
1) Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
2) Must have background in hospitality / QSR
3) Proven experience in a managerial role
4) Having strong Data analytical Skills
5) Experience of Managing Operations of Cluster / multiple of stores
6) Proved experience of Managing Hubs / Warehouse
7) Total experience 5 – 6 yrs in operations management
8) Preferred candidates who are open to travel 20-25 days a month, with 1 week stationed in Mumbai every month.
9) Having previous Sales Experience will be an extra add on
10) Accountable for managing P&L
