• Provide end-to-end 2nd line technical support for Unified communications services includes data centre infrastructures,

• - Vmware, Cisco UCS, cloud computing & Networks

• Request and manage vendor support activities
• Resolve external customer’s technical issues and attend conference calls that have this in scope.
• Resolve reported incidents within service level agreements
• Provide input for planning, assessment and implementation, of change requests.
• On-board new customers on production environment through changes, testing and updates into inventory database.
• Generating & analyzing signalling load & traffic report for all node on daily basis to improve KPI .
• Managing technical service ramp-up (installation, configuration and coordination of setup tasks) for network platforms.
