Director- Banking Operations

We are hiring a Director- Banking Operations for a client in Hyderabad.

• Manage Service Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end service delivery operations for both retail and commercial banking segments, ensuring efficient and effective service levels that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals, comprising more than 500 individuals, across various functions and geographies. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement to drive team performance and achieve organizational goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, regulatory bodies, vendors, and clients. Effectively communicate service delivery strategies, performance metrics, and initiatives to ensure alignment and support.
• Financial Management: Take ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility for the service delivery function. Develop and execute strategies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence initiatives to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and mitigate operational risks. Implement best practices, standards, and frameworks to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish robust performance monitoring mechanisms to track key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and other relevant metrics. Generate comprehensive reports and insights to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.
