Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute day-to-day customer service activities related to planning of the services, installations and support.

• Supervise and manage on-ground staff daily. Provide guidance, support, and direction to the team to ensure optimal performance and adherence to operational protocols.

• Collate, organize and maintain accurate client and operational information in the database.

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of inventory, including usage, replenishment, and stock levels.

• Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirement:

We are looking for a resourceful, and energetic team member excited by the intersection of operation and impact -

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Prior operation experience or startup experience is preferable
• Good verbal communication
