Role Description We are looking for Front Desk Receptionist who can manage the front desk operations. Can operate telephone switchboards and answer and transfer calls. attending visitors and escorting them to the appropriate office or person. Sort and distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing mail. Maintain systematic excel files for required front-end operations. Keeping updated records of office expenses and costs.
