J T BEAUTY SALONS AND ACADEMY PVT LTD requires a front of house receptionist. We are located 5 minutes walk from metro station Iris Avenue is the ultimate beauty bar. We are professional, creative and fun, and our goal is to to make people feel amazing and deliver the best service. We are looking for someone who can multi-task throughout the day. Your main role will be to greet guests, build column our schedule and handle guest bookings. We are on the hunt for an outstanding receptionist who has customer service in their heart with great energy! We also serve beauty treatments, coffee beverages, teas, super lattes and cocktails. So an interest in hospitality would be ideal. Duties Include: - Making bookings. Bengali, English, Hindi language fluency must.Plus one foreign language known will be an added advantage - Organizing the schedule - Greeting guests - Taking orders and payments - Communicating with team members - Help clean the work area and front of house - Stock Check - Stock refill - Stock purchases - Helping the business and colleagues where required - Promoting products inside the business.
