This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Operations position. The HR & Admin Operations professional will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The day-to-day tasks include managing employee data, handling employee relations, coordinating recruitment and hiring processes, administering employee benefits, and supporting HR initiatives. Here's a checklist: • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Serve as point of contact with Management and Employees.
• Setting appointments and arranging meetings.
• Maintaining calendars of HR management team.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Schedule meetings and conduct Event Management
• Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
• Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
• Involved with Employee Engagement, Group Activities, Motivations
• Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
• Budgeting/ Cost Control/ AMCs (New/Renewal).
• Security: To ensure overall security arrangement and movement of men and material within/ from the Company’s premises. Qualifications
Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Knowledge of HR policies and personnel management
Experience in managing employee benefits
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
Experience in the software industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
A Positive mindset
5+ years of experience in both HR & Admin Operations
