Job Description - HR and Administration

We are looking for candidates for the roles of  Senior/Assistant Manager and Admin for one of our clients at the NCR location.

 

Job Location: Noida/Gurgaon

 

 

HR Responsibilities:  

  • Manages various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding processes.
  • Coordinates employee relations, addressing grievances, and conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Administers employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Implements and enforces HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Facilitates training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Collaborates with management to strategize on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  •  

Admin Responsibilities

  • Handles day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordination with the Vendors and Renewals of AMC.
  • Manages correspondence, emails, and phone calls, often serving as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Organizes meetings, schedules appointments, and coordinates travel arrangements for staff when necessary.
  • Maintains records, files, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assists in budgeting and expense tracking for administrative needs.
  • Supports various departments with administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and document preparation.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures in administrative matters.
  • Should know about the setting up of the new Office Setup and its process..
