HR Responsibilities:
- Manages various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding processes.
- Coordinates employee relations, addressing grievances, and conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Administers employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Implements and enforces HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitates training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Collaborates with management to strategize on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.

Admin Responsibilities :
- Handles day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordination with the Vendors and Renewals of AMC.
- Manages correspondence, emails, and phone calls, often serving as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Organizes meetings, schedules appointments, and coordinates travel arrangements for staff when necessary.
- Maintains records, files, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assists in budgeting and expense tracking for administrative needs.
- Supports various departments with administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and document preparation.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures in administrative matters.
- Should know about the setting up of the new Office Setup and its process..
