Job Description - HR Executive - Thazhambur

Overview:

The HR Executive plays a crucial role in managing various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operations of the HR department. They are responsible for supporting the organization by implementing HR processes managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process including job postings screening resumes and conducting interviews
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handle employee relations including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS) and databases
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Manage performance appraisal processes
  • Handle HRrelated inquiries and issues from employees
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and analytics
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
  • Familiarity with HRIS and HR databases
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and current trends
  • Certification in HR management is a plus
  • Experience in conducting interviews and performance evaluations
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
