HR Manager

We represent ourselves as  Dhirendra Group wherein we have multiple companies under our canopy. We are vertically integrated in the food industry wherein we source directly from farmers, have our own processing units, a massive Soybean Solvent plant with a capacity of 600 Tons per day, warehouses at several locations, retail brands, domestic trading, and import-export across the world. 

The Role

Key Responsibilities: 

• Compensation and Benefits Administration:
• Administer compensation and benefit plans for employees.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits-related matters.
• Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
• Assist in talent acquisition processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Employee Onboarding and Training:
• Conduct employee onboarding sessions.
• Help organize training and development initiatives.
• Employee Relations and Support:
• Address employee queries related to leaves, compensation, and other HR topics.
• Resolve any issues that may arise.
• Policy Development and Implementation:
• Assist in creating and implementing human resource policies.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Performance Management:
• Participate in performance appraisal processes.
• Gather and analyze HR metrics (e.g., time to hire, turnover rates).
• Record Keeping and Data Management:
• Maintain employee files and records (both electronic and paper-based)

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Utilities, Consumer and Hospitality, Leisure, Travel.
• You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
