Job Description - HR & Operations Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION – HR & OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Role And Responsibilities:  

  • Conduct thorough candidate searches and sourcing using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and social media. 
  • Manage follow-ups, feedback, and documentation throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Take ownership of candidate engagement from offer acceptance to the joining period. 
  • Screen CVs effectively and efficiently. 
  • Maintain employee records and compile statistical reports on personnel-related data. 
  • Update HR policies and processes in a timely manner. 
  • Manage HR systems, tools, and databases. 
  • Generate and maintain HR reports and sheets. 
  • Coordinate background verification processes and ensure accurate and timely reports. 
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities. 
  • Manage claims, rewards and recognition budgets.

Skills and experience required:  

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a media agency. 
  • Basic knowledge of HR compliances such as PF, TDS, etc. 
  • Experience in driving the performance appraisal process. 
  • Proficient in managing leave, attendance, and exit processes. 
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and data analytical abilities. 
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS Portal (preferably Zimyo). 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • A self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt. 
  • Ability to innovate and pilot new approaches to improve HR processes.

  • Office location: South Delhi 
  • Working hours: 10am to 7pm | Monday to Friday
