Job Description:

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced HR Operations Partner, to join our team and lead efforts to promote a harmonious work environment. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in managing employee relations, and complaints, conducting investigations, providing performance management coaching to managers, and overlooking end-to-end employee lifecycle.”

The role works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention as part of the HR operations team. You will play a crucial role in promoting positive employee relations and ensuring a harmonious workplace environment. The ideal candidate is a team player who is passionate about the employee experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance and minimize impact on employees.
  • Mediate and facilitate resolutions in complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, harassment and discrimination allegations, and workplace conflicts.
  • Communicate with new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the workplace.
  • Work alongside various parts of the business such as IT and Talent Acquisition to complete the onboarding process.
  • Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.
  • Experience in managing BGV process with exposure to interacting with BGV vendors.
  • Should be able to review and understand the verification reports.
  • Manage offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and documentation.
  • Handle employee complaints and grievances, conducting thorough and impartial investigations to determine the accuracy and validity of the claims.
  • Mediate and facilitate resolutions in complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, harassment and discrimination allegations, and workplace conflicts.
  • Analyze employee data and trends to identify potential issues or areas of improvement, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Other projects and assignments may result and be assigned to accommodate the changing needs of the department and the company.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in Employee relations and HR Operations.
  • Experience with HRIS platform(s)
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Hands-on experience in performance and conflict management.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in human resources
  • Experience of 4 - 6 years of experience in HR field.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Indian labour laws.
