What would you do? In this role, you will play a crucial part in reviewing and analyzing feedback reports, with the primary objective of identifying key insights and actionable steps to be taken. You will also be instrumental in problem-solving, adapting to the evolving landscape of HR Expert Assist (GenAI tool), and refining our processes accordingly. Additionally, HR change management expertise will be essential in facilitating the integration of AI-generated insights into our organization s workflows •HR Process Design •HR Delivery Strategy •HR Analytics •Data Analytics •Data Analytics and Interpretation •Problem-solving skills •Ability to manage multiple stakeholders •Collaboration and interpersonal skills •Detail orientation •Strong analytical skills 1. Data Analysis and Interpretation: o Review feedback reports from Expert Assist. o Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. o Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for process improvement. 2. Problem Solving: o Proactively identify challenges and roadblocks within the Expert Assist framework. o Develop innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our processes. o Continuously evolve work methodologies in response to the dynamic nature of Expert Assist. 3. Attention to Detail: o Maintain accuracy and integrity of the single NA Expert Assist corpus. o Ensure meticulous organization and documentation of data for easy retrieval and analysis. 4. Stakeholder Management: o Collaborate with process owners across HR Teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of data. o Establish and maintain effective communication channels to facilitate information exchange. o Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders regarding data analysis and process enhancements.
What are we looking for? • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day-to-day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts MBA will be added benefit
Roles and Responsibilities: • MBA in HR • Minimum 5 years of work experience (Knowledge of Hire to Retire processes) • Proficiency in data visualization tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, PBI, Word) • Experience in Workday & Ceridian is preferred • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data management & change management • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management • Support US shift hoursAny Graduation
